I am headed to bed soon so I thought I’d make this a quick photo post.
First, the fun shoes I wore this morning:
After work, hubby and I went to the gym, where I posted a personal best on the recumbent bike. I set that sucker to manual, adjusted the resistance every two minutes for 40 minutes (5 minutes of cooldown), and rode like I was on fire:
And as usual, here’s what I ate today. I was a protein beast, getting 103 grams of protein today. I got 46 grams of carbs (yeah, I ate a cookie) and 29 fat grams for a total of 853 calories in. Not too bad!
