A friend of mine texted me this morning from a local Mexican grocery store to tell me about the live fish found there and how fun it was to shop there. He was buying supplies for a salsa making session and we texted back and forth about how he was going to make enchiladas with a salsa verde he’d planned on making and I said, “Someday I will get to eat enchiladas again!” to which he replied, “Sorry, girlie.”
